i'm satya. i build small things - sometimes alone, sometimes with a small team in bengaluru. right now most of my time goes to alphaengine, a confidential layer for defi. before that, lemonx, a perp dex that did $31m in three months.

this site is a workshop. some of it is essays, some is notes on things i read, some is sessions with models, some is shipped projects. one list, time-ordered. i write because i need to think; i publish what i'm willing to defend in a room.
