'the mistake is thinking of an agent as an expert. it's not. it's a junior collaborator. it reads fast, it writes fast, and it forgets between sessions. you wouldn't trust a brilliant intern with no memory to do your most important work alone. you'd pair-program with them.'

the line that landed: read very fast and remember nothing. when i frame it that way, my own behaviour changes. i write more down. i pack more context. i stop being surprised that the agent doesn't remember monday's conversation on tuesday.
